Goddess Classes available

Since April of 2020, Rachel has offered Kundalini Yoga Zoom classes focused on goddesses from various cultures and traditions. They have now been curated and are offered in sets of 5 classes, for a donation of $20 - $30. In each class is a talk on the goddess and how she is relevant to a current life theme, a warmup set, a yoga set, and a mudra to help you embody the energy of that particular goddess or divine feminine archetype.
